Trevor Johnson hails from the midwest but moved to Utah to get a degree in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management from BYU. During his time at BYU, he served an LDS mission in Ecuador, sang with BYU's premier a cappella group Vocal Point, and started his coming out journey. Since graduating from BYU, Trevor has worked as the Director of Operations for Safe Harbor Crisis Center in Davis County and served on their Board of Directors. He has also held various HR manager roles at Reckitt Benckiser, where he founded the Give Back Program which was globally recognized for its community impact in Salt Lake City.
Trevor is a Certified Professional Strengths Coach and uses GALLUP's CliftonStrengths assessment to conduct team building and one-on-one coaching sessions. He has been an active volunteer in Utah's LGBTQ community and is thrilled to be leveraging his passion and expertise in coaching and facilitation as a D&I Trainer for Equality Utah.
