PAC Brunch is Feb. 10, 2018 at Red Butte Garden. Buy your tickets or table here! The PAC Brunch is a unique opportunity to engage in the work of electing fair-minded candidates. We are welcoming Kate Kendell, executive director of the National Center for Lesbian Rights as our keynote speaker. We are excited to learn about her work on the national front and how we can contribute here in Utah. We will be honoring Clifford Rosky with the Champion of Equality Award for his tireless efforts in helping to repeal anti-gay curriculum laws (also known as "No Promo Homo") for youth in our state.
Each election cycle, EUPAC invites all candidates running for either municipal or state government to fill out an issues-based survey to interview for an Equality Utah PAC's endorsement.
During the 2017 election season we successfully assisted 9 candidates to win their elections. These candidates are vital to our success in passing policies that support and protect LGBTQ Utahns. Equality Utah is committed to securing equal rights and protections for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer Utahns and their families. Our multi-faceted approach includes education, advocacy and political action.
