Marina Gomberg, Director

Marina Gomberg is a communications professional with nearly 10 years experience managing public relations and marketing strategies for clients in the nonprofit, private and public sectors. She is currently heading the communications team at the University of Utah College of Fine Arts, and previously worked as a Public Relations Account Manager and Branded Content Specialist for local PR/advertising firm, The Summit Group Communications. She also served as the Director of Development and Communications for the Utah Pride Center, the state's LGBT community center.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Gender Studies from the University of Utah, and has been engaged in LGBT activism ever since, including serving on the Advisory Board for OUTreach Resource Centers and the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Utah Steering Committee. Marina's passions lie in activism, the arts, writing, travel and food. She lives in Salt Lake City with her wife and cats and is a contributor to The Huffington Post.
